❗️To start with, in cases you didn’t know- we decorate for the holidays and create a real winter fairytale for our clients. Check out the spaces on our website to find the holiday updates and inspiration!

✨IF YOU BOOKED DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON

❗️THIS YEAR WE ARE NOT KEEPING ANY GAPS BETWEEN THE BOOKINGS, which means you would need to: setup, do all your shoots, breakdown, cleanup (all props must be how you found them), and walk out of the room WITHIN the booked time. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!

❗️IF YOU ARE DOING MINIs, please make sure

-Your clients wait until you get them in the space in the car/outside. THEY CAN NOT WAIT IN THE HALLWAY. WE HAVE 4 SPACES in one building and only one hallway. It’s an extremely high traffic area and we are trying to keep it as clear as possible. There is NO SPACE INSIDE to wait for their booking to start.

-ALL YOUR CLIENTS ARE THERE ON TIME! Or to book extra time in case your clients will be running late. That is not our responsibility if they are running late, I absolutely understand things happen and we are doing our best to accommodate everyone and stay flexible, but it will be a crazy season, so PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CLIENTS KNOW THAT THERE IS NO SPARE TIME.

We are doing our best to stay as flexible as possible for you, if we will not have anyone booking after you- I am happy to give you extra time to finish, but last year we had bookings 8am-10pm every weekend and most weekdays and were extremely busy, so I can’t guarantee any extra time in case something is not going accordingly to your schedule. Please make sure to book accordingly.

✨PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ARRIVE ON TIME and WAIT OUTSIDE/IN THE CAR UNTIL I CALL YOU IN/MEET YOU. There is no space inside of the studio to wait for your booking to start, please wait until I come get you 🙂

❗️PLEASE NOTE if you are using Google maps and didn’t put UNIT A/B it will take you to the street across. Please drive towards  “SELF STORAGE” SIGN and the green doorS “2511 A/B” will be on your left. OR PUT THE FULL ADDRESS WITH THE UNIT NUMBER IN AND IT WILL TAKE YOU STRAIGHT TO THE DOORS!

✨PARKING

❗️PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE PARKING SPOTS THAT HAVE “reserved for/no parking/any other sign”!

❗️There are 5 FREE parking spots right in front of the door and at least 20 more within 30 ft from the door 🙂 AS LONG AS IT DOESN’T HAVE A SIGN – YOU ARE GOOD!

✨STUDIO RULES

  • SHOES  WORN OUTSIDE ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO PAST THE ENTRANCE RUG. PLEASE BRING A CLEAN PAIR OF SHOES TO CHANGE INTO.

  • NO PETS are allowed in the studio. Service animal are welcome with the certificate approved by the studio PRIOR to the booking (please send a photo of the certificate on ig/fb: @iamcreativespace or text at 18135074191).
  • Cleaning fee does not cover general cleaning up after your shoot. This is your responsibility. This includes returning furniture to its original location, removing ALL of the garbage and taking with you, sweeping up excess dirt/debris and wiping up any spills that took place while you were there.
  • Our studio is a non-smoking environment. No smoking inside of the studio at anytime.
  • The studio is not responsible for the personal property of renters or guests used during and anything left after reservation.
  • Use of open flames (eg. candles, oil lamps) and/or pyrotechnics are strictly prohibited in the studio.
  • Please be courteous to other residents of the building, no large groups coming and going, no loud music. All activities other than load and unload must remain in studio. Absolutely nothing can be stored or set up in hallway or common areas.

Booking and paying for studio rental is proof of agreement to the following terms:

  • SHOES  WORN OUTSIDE ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO PAST THE ENTRANCE RUG. PLEASE BRING A CLEAN PAIR OF SHOES TO CHANGE INTO, make sure your guests do the same.

  •  Agree to leave The Studio and surrounding property in the same condition as when you arrived. Booking instructions (sent prior to rental) must be followed, photos sent as instructed. Failure to do so will result in additional fees.
  • Please have your own liability insurance.
  • We’re not responsible for the personal property of renters or guests used during and anything left after reservation.
  • You are liable for all equipment and furniture on premises.
  • Any and all equipment that is damaged or broken will be replaced at 1.5 x’s the retail price. PLEASE use caution. Do not stand on chairs, sofa or tables.
  • Use of open flames (eg. candles, oil lamps) and/or pyrotechnics are strictly prohibited in the studio.
  • Please be courteous to other residents of the building, no large groups coming and going, no loud music. All activities other than load and unload must remain in studio. Absolutely nothing can be stored or set up in hallway or common areas.
  • USE OF THE STUDIO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

A) You hereby waive your right to seek legal redress for mishaps, accidents, and losses while on our premises. You agree to release the host, its owners, agents, employees, affiliated independent contractors, or any other related personnel, the company and any of its subsidiaries of any and all liability for any and all accidents or injuries whether physical or mental, while in participation of, working and/or shooting in the studios, or any other activity in conjunction with this space, or situations that you encounter while renting the studio space.

B) You waive the studio and all leaseholders of any liabilities arising out of the use of the studio. The host or any of all leaseholders will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, loss or damage that occurs in the studio or on the premises.

C) It is your responsibility as the renter to carry liability insurances. The studio will ONLY be liable for the amount of rental fee if your shoot is delayed or canceled as a result of a situation that arises within the studio making the facilities/building unusable.

D) The studio expressly prohibits any illegal activity on its premises during the course of any rental. You agree to be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying your while on our premises. Please use caution when opening any windows. NO person is allowed to sit near an open window.

E) You agree to allow the studio representative to be present during rental period (if needed).

We will have the ready for you in the room, you will see it when you are in.

  • You may reschedule in case of:
    -Emergency.
    -Hazardous driving and weather conditions.
    -Sickness.
  • You may reschedule only twice.
  • IF YOU JUST DID NOT SHOW UP with no notice, we will not be able to reschedule or refund you.
  • PLEASE LET US KNOW AS SOON AS YOU FIND OUT SOMETHING IS NOT GOING ACCORDINGLY TO YOUR PLAN.
  • Guests may cancel their booking until 45 days before the booking start time and will receive a full deposit refund.
  • Guests may cancel their Booking between 45 days and 25 days before the booking start time and receive 50% of the deposit refunded.
  • Cancellations submitted less than 25 days before the Booking start time are not refundable.
  • MAY BE HELPFUL

    -We are recommending you to take the full amount or deposit for the studio booking from your clients BEFORE booking with us or ask them to pay for the studio. This way you will know for sure your clients will show up and you will not need to cancel or reschedule unless it is an emergency.

    -Please note, we are doing our best to accommodate everyone, but we also need to make sure our schedule is set. If you will cancel more than 3 times because “clients changed their mind”, we will not be able to refund you on the 4th time.

AT THE BOOKING TIME

  1. Walk to the door that says “2511 A”.
  2. Put in the code “0564”, pull the door on yourself pretty hard (sorry, the door is old and is being annoying sometimes☹️) and press the 🔒/🔓 button.
  3. The door will unlock- you are in🎉 
  4. PLEASE TAKE OFF YOUR SHOES at the door – you NEED to change into a pair of clean shoes you brought with you or use our slippers/disposable shoe covers – they all are on the shoe shelf at the entrance 🙂 NO SHOES FROM THE OUTSIDE ARE ALLOWED IN THE SPACE.

❗️PANELS
✅The panels have the cords- you will see them hanging down – you can plug them into the closest outlet.
✅The panel next to the bed- the outlet will be on your right.
✅The panel next to the bathroom door- the outlet right under it.
❗️STRING LIGHTS&LAMP
✅The bed lights and lamp are connected and need to be plugged into the same outlet as the panel- you will see the cord hanging on the right of the outlet.
✅The hammock string lights are plugging behind the backdrop on the right, if facing the setup.

There is a bathroom in the room- white door.

AFTER THE BOOKING

BEFORE LEAVING, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO:

✅Pick up, bag, and take out of the space all the trash after yourself (don’t worry about the trash can in the bathroom, only the trash you brought with you).
✅Clean any spills.
✅PUT ALL THE FURNITURE BACK ON IT’S PLACE-please refer to the images in the gallery under title “current setup”.
✅PUT ALL THE PROPS BACK ON IT’S PLACE-please refer to the images in the gallery under the title “current setup”.
✅TURN OFF ALL THE LIGHTS and CANDLES.

  2. If you/your guests would like to leave us a note- we would appreciate it so-so much, it always warms my heart to see the new notes! There is a pen and a notebook on the brick shelf by the entrance, along with some restaurant and brewery recommendations 🙂
  3. Walk out and pull the door on yourself pretty hard (sorry, the door is old and is being annoying sometimes☹️), press the 🔒/🔓 button WHILE PULLING THE DOOR ON YOURSELF.
